Please Arrive Early

Receiving spa or laser treatments?  Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment.  This will allow you time to complete necessary forms and/or receive your locker and prepare for your treatment.  *In order to receive body treatments, all clients must be at least 18 years of age or have a parent or guardian present to sign a consent form.

Running Late?

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable service time.  In consideration of our next guest, your service will end on time regardless of when your service began. 

Cell Phones and Pagers

In order to maintain a relaxing environment, we request that cell phones and pagers either be
turned to vibrate mode or completely off.

Children in the Spa and Salon

We are pleased to have children in the salon and spa provided they are scheduled for an appointment.  It is our goal to provide a quiet spa atmosphere for our guests. 

Cancellation Policy

inSPArations requires a 24 hour notice of cancellation for all single services.  For multiple services or spa packages, a 48 hour notice of cancellation is required.  All multiple services and packages scheduled are reserved with the client credit card number.  A 50% charge of all services scheduled
will be made on the card in the absence of a 48 hour notice of cancellation.

Gift Cards Available

Birthday?  Anniversary?  Holiday?  Just because you care?  Gift Cards are a wonderful idea for
any special occasion.  They must be purchased over the phone or at the spa desk.
